Steve Rees Davies, one of Bermuda’s leading fin tech practitioners demystifies the world of digital assets including crypto currencies.
Steve has 24 years of experience in advising technology businesses from start-ups to listed companies on all matters of corporate law, including corporate governance, capital and finance, M&A, restructuring and regulation.
A recognised specialist in the fintech and digital asset sector, Steve was involved in the introduction and development of Bermuda's digital asset regime and represents a significant number of digital asset clients with operations in Bermuda.
In addition to being called to the Bar in Bermuda, Steven has been called to the Bar of New York (US Southern District) and admitted as a solicitor in England and Wales (non-practising).
